hereby consent to the storage and processing of Data, including SPDI
in locations outside India.
13. PROCESSING YOUR DATA
We take steps to ensure that the Data we collect under this Privacy
Notice is processed according to the provisions of this Privacy
Notice and the requirements of applicable law. To ensure that your
Data receives an adequate level of protection, we have put in place
appropriate written contracts with Divya Dairy Entities, Partners
and Service Providers that we share your Data with. This ensures
your Data is treated by such parties in a way that is consistent
with applicable law.

Divya Dairy implements standard measures to protect against
unauthorized access to and unlawful interception of Data. However,
no internet site can fully eliminate security risks. Divya Dairy
endeavours to take all measures to protect the security, integrity
and confidentiality of the Data against unauthorized breach and
hacking. For the purpose of checking possible vulnerabilities and
attacks, Divya Dairy may conduct periodical internal review of data
